1 工业燃气轮机安装技术规范 - 摘要

本规范适用于具有风管式燃烧室和水平结合面结构的燃气轮机动力装置的安装。其他类似结构和用途的燃气轮机动力装置可参照执行。工程施工过程中的职业健康与安全、环境保护等方面的要求应符合国家、地方法规的规定。工业燃气轮机安装除应执行本规范的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。

This International Standard describes the technical declarations for a cogeneration system (CGS) thatsimultaneously supplies electric power and heating and/or cooling, for planning, evaluation and procurement.It applies to the identification of investigation items for project evaluation, CGS evaluation, and primaryinformation works for CGS procurement.It also specifies necessary check items in CGS planning, provides a procedure to obtain the satisfactoryconfiguration of the CGS for each project, and includes a detailed process diagram of the key development steps.

4 液压机.小型水力发电装置的验收试验 - 摘要

This International Standard defines the test, the measuring methods and the contractualguarantee conditions for field acceptance tests of the generating machinery in smallhydroelectric power installations. It applies to installations containing impulse or reactionturbines with unit power up to about 15 MW and reference diameter of about 3 m. The drivengenerator can be of synchronous or asynchronous type.This International Standard contains information about most of the tests required foracceptance of the hydraulic turbine such as safety approval tests, trial operating and reliabilitytests, as well for verification of cavitation, noise and vibration conditions, if required.This standard represents the typical methods used on smaller hydroelectric installations, andis divided into three classes as follows (see Table 1 for more detail):Class A Normal test program (panel measurement)To determine the maximum power output of theinstallation.DefaultClass B Extended test programTo determine the performance characteristics of theinstallation.RecommendedClass C Comprehensive test programTo determine the absolute efficiency of the installation.OptionalNOTE All classes contain safety tests, trial operating tests, and reliability tests.This standard gives all necessary references for the contract in order to execute the test,evaluate, calculate and compare the result to the guarantee for all the classes A, B and C.The manufacturer or consulting engineer is responsible for ensuring that standardizedconnections are installed for performing these tests. This standard does not cover thestructural details of a hydroelectric installation or its component parts.

5 固定应用设施中的新兴储能技术特性描述和评估 - 摘要

This document covers recommended information for an objective evaluation of an emerging energy storage device or system by a potential user for any stationary application. Energy storage technologies are those that provide a means for the reversible storage of electrical energy, i.e. the device receives electrical energy and is able to discharge electrical energy at a later time. The storage medium may be electrochemical (e.g. batteries), kinetic (e.g. flywheels), electrostatic (e.g. electric double-layer capacitors), thermal, or some other medium. Devices recharged by non-electrical means, such as fuel cells, are beyond the scope of this document.
