1 实验室瓷质仪器要求和试验方法 - 摘要

The requirements specify the quality of the material. The different methods of test are specified. They concern the porosity and imperfections of glaze, the resistance to heat and sudden change in temperature, the resistance of glaze to high temperature, to acid and to alkali and the constancy of mass on ignition.

Three types of crucibels are specified: Type 1, low form, type 2 medium form and type 3 tall form bases an a height/diameter ratio of 0,63; 0,8 and 1,25 resp. Further two types of lid are described: type D, a lid of slightly domed shape and typ R, a recessed lid. Material and construction are specified, shape and dimensions are shown in drawings and in a table.

A system of color coding is specified for one-mark pipettes for identification of nominal capacities, and for graduated pipettes for identification of nominal capacities and unit of subdivision. The color code bands for the different capacities are tabled and the method of marking is specified. Suitable requirements and test methods for the durability of the colours are intended to be considered at a later date.

4 实验室玻璃器皿互换性球形磨接口 - 摘要

The requirements deal with the geometric charateristics to ensure interchangeability. The dimensions of the joint-ground zone and the outer diameter of the tube connected to the joint are given in a table and illustrated in a drawing. In addition the surface finish is specified. A system of gauges (stell balls) for testing the ball cup is tabled. In the annex a method of testing the leakage including the apparatus is described.
