4 欧洲法规 1.对建筑物的作用.桥上的交通荷载 - 摘要

(1) EN 1991-2 defines imposed loads (models and representative values) associatedwith road traffic, pedestrian actions and rail traffic which include, when relevant,dynamic effects and centrifugal, braking and acceleration actions and actions foraccidental design situations.(2) Imposed loads defined in EN 1991-2 are intended to be used for the design of newbridges, including piers, abutments, upstand walls, wing walls and flank walls etc., andtheir foundations.(3) The load models and values given in EN 1991-2 should be used for the design ofretaining walls adjacent to roads and railway lines.(4) EN 1991-2 is intended to be used in conjunction with EN 1990 (especially A2) andEN 1991 to EN 1999.(5) Section 1 gives definitions and symbols.(6) Section 2 defines loading principles for road bridges, footbridges (or cycle-trackbridges) and railway bridges.(7) Section 3 is concerned with design situations and gives guidance on simultaneity oftraffic load models and on combinations with non-traffic actions.(8) Section 4 defines :– imposed loads (models and representative values) due to traffic actions on roadbridges and their conditions of mutual combination and of combination withpedestrian and cycle traffic (see section 5) ;– other actions specifically for the design of road bridges.(9) Section 5 defines :– imposed loads (models and representative values) on footways, cycle tracks andfootbridges ;– other actions specifically for the design of footbridges.(10) Sections 4 and 5 also define loads transmitted to the structure by vehicle restraintsystems and/or pedestrian parapets.(11) Section 6 defines :– imposed actions due to rail traffic on bridges ;– other actions specifically for the design of railway bridges and structures adjacent tothe railway.

7 工程安全符号标准操作规程 - 摘要

1.1 This practice utilizes symbols to depict security systems and equipment requirements for architectural or engineering drawings that are produced either manually or by computer aided design (CAD). The symbols depicted include some symbols that have already been somewhat universally accepted or that have already been adopted by a standards-writing body, such as by the National Fire Protection Association.

1.2 It is not proposed that all of the symbols need to be utilized since the level of detail required for drawings is likely to vary. Generic symbols of a class of security device may be sufficient in some instances. Moreover, the need to provide a measure of security in the actual drawing may also suggest a need to utilize a generic symbol rather than to depict the exact device being installed.

1.3 In the event that a greater level of detail is required, it is possible to combine many of the symbols to create new symbols that achieve the desired level. While some combinations of symbols are shown, it would be impractical to attempt to depict every conceivable combination of symbols. It is also the intent of this practice that the symbols be capable of being continuously expanded and modified as the industry state of the art changes or as emphasis varies. For example, little attention is given to document security in the security symbols since such requirements are not generally fully met during construction periods but are rather developed and provided for subsequently. Since much of this equipment is not installed but is x201C;placed,x201D; such as furniture, there is only one symbol proposed (for example, for document shredders).

This British Standard gives guidance on durability, required and predicted service life and design life of buildings and their components and/or parts. It applies primarily to new buildings and their components and/or parts rather than to alterations and repairs. It also gives guidance on presenting information on the service and design life of buildings and their components and/or parts when a detailed brief is being developed. This British Standard applies to civil engineering projects involving buildings, but only partially to other civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges and dams. This British Standard does not deal with many aspects of obsolescence, i.e. when buildings or parts of buildings are replaced or altered either to suit different needs and changing conditions including change of use, mandatory requirements or when new products offer better performance without a corresponding increase in cost. It should also be borne in mind that a decision to replace or alter obsolete buildings or their parts may be influenced by a reassessment of their predicted service lives.
