摘要:
近几年,国内外均发生少数电站水轮机顶盖把合螺栓断裂造成水淹厂房的事故,引起了有关方面的高度重视,也对球阀、顶盖等水轮机关键部位的紧固螺栓设计强度提出了更高的要求.本文探析了螺栓连接的预紧力、残余预紧力以及工作载荷之间的逻辑关系并尝试总结提出一些认知性的粗浅看法,仅提供与有关同仁商榷.
Abstract:
In recent years,some powerhouse floodingevents caused by bolt fracture of the headcover has occurred in some hydroelectric power stations at home and abroad.afterwards,the relevant fields have attached great importance to it.And the design strength of the fastening bolts for the key parts of the water turbine,such as the ball valve and the top cover,has been also put forward higher standards.This paper analyzes and compares the design standards of various related specifications and some manufacturers,studies on the relationship between pretightening force,remainder pretightening force and working load of bolted connection,and tries to sum up some superficial views.It only provides reference for relevant design staff.
