摘要:
提出一种适用于中高压直流电网的开关电容接入式直流变压器方案,当一次和二次侧的直流电压比与高频变压器的电压比不匹配时,通过加入一次侧全桥的直通状态,可以实现高频链环节的电压匹配,从而减少开关器件的电流应力和提高系统的效率.当发生直流侧短路故障时,可以实现直流开关功能,快速切除故障并能快速恢复运行,提高了系统的可靠性.当发生内部的子模块故障时,可以实现冗余运行,进一步提高了系统的可靠性.对其电压电流特性、导通行为、控制和故障处理策略以及参数设计等进行分析,在此基础上,通过实际物理实验验证了所提拓扑的正确性和实用性.
Abstract:
A scheme of dc transformer based on switched capacitor applied in high and medium DC power system was presented and analyzed in this paper. When the DC voltage ratio of primary and secondary voltage sides fails to match the voltage ratio of transformer, the voltage matching of high frequency link can be achieved by adding a short circuit conduction process of the primary full bridge, thereby improving the current stress of the switches and the efficiency of the system. The proposed scheme can also be functioned as a DC circuit breaker. It can remove a DC-side short circuit fault and resume operation very quickly once the fault disappears, which improves the reliability of the system. Redundancy operation can also be realized when internal sub-module fault occurs, further improving the reliability of the system. In this paper, the characteristics of voltage and current, conduction behavior, control and fault dealing strategies, and parameters design were analyzed. The correctness and practicability of the proposed scheme were verified by the physical prototype experiment.
