摘要:
内阻是反映变电站阀控铅酸蓄电池综合性能的重要参数之一.对比当前阀控铅酸蓄电池内阻测试的几种方法,研究了基于IEC标准的直流二次放电法的内阻测试方案.开发了一套适用于多型号、大容量阀控铅酸蓄电池的内阻测试装置,介绍了装置的硬件设计方案,采用闭环智能控制技术和双负载电阻实现大电流的精确控制,给出了软件界面及工作流程图.通过对河北南部电网变电站蓄电池的实际测试,证明装置满足不同容量和型号的阀控铅酸蓄电池内阻的测试准确性和一致性要求.
Abstract:
Internal resistance is one of the important parameters reflecting the comprehensive performance of transformer substation VRLA batteries.Several methods of the internal resistance test were compared,and the internal resistance test scheme was studied based on DC two discharge of IEC standard.The device for internal resistance testing was developed for multi model and large capacity VRLA batteries,and the device hardware design scheme was introduced,the accurate control of large current was realized by using the intelligent closed-loop control technology and double load resistances.The software interface and work flow chart were given.By the test of Southern Hebei Power Grid substation batteries,test accuracy and consistency of the internal resistance device were demonstrated for VRLA batteries of different capacity and type.
