摘要:
孤岛检测是光伏并网发电系统的必备功能,为了减小孤岛检测装置检测盲区及其对电能质量的影响,提出一种基于无功电流扰动-频率偏差的孤岛检测新方法.该方法通过注入低频正弦无功电流扰动,迫使公共耦合点频率发生波动.通过定量分析扰动频率与PCC点电压频率波动量的关系,定义一种用于新的孤岛检测评价指标,即平均绝对频率偏差指标,判别光伏系统是否处于孤岛状态.经理论分析和光伏发电系统仿真研究,该方法能够准确检测出孤岛状态,且无检测盲区.
Abstract:
Islanding detection is an essential function of photovoltaic grid connected generation system.In order to reduce the detection blind area and its influence on power quality,a new islanding detection method based on reactive power current disturbance and frequency deviation was proposed.In this method,the frequency of the common coupling point was changed by injecting low frequency sinusoidal reactive current. Based on analysis of the relationship between the disturbance frequency and PCC voltage frequency fluctuation quantity by quantitative,a new evaluation index,namely the average absolute frequency deviation index,for islanding detection was definited,to determine that if PV system was in the island. Through theoretical analysis and simulation of photovoltaic power generation system,this method can detect the islanding state accurately,and has no detection blind area.
