Exploring the electric energy meter load switch controling of electricity in different short circuit conditions

摘要： - 通过电能表费控负荷开关（小型断路器）在各种短路电流的测试，采用高加速失效短路实验方案，研究其从正常状态至失效的渐变过程。通过采集短路电流的波形，测试短路后的内阻，记录每台实验样机至失效的实验次数，探索负荷开关在各种不同短路电流下的表现情况，研究其与失效原因与关键功能部件（外壳、触头系统、灭弧室、操作机构）的影响关系，为电能表费控负荷开关的选型及产品的改进提供参考。

Abstract： - This paper analyzes the electric energy meter load switch (MCCB) controling of electricity in different short circuit conditions test .Using high speed failure short circuit test plan .Research the gradient from the normal state to failure process .Collectiong the oscillogram of short circuit test ,test resistance after short circuit ,record each test prototype to the failure of the test ,exploring the load switch presentation in different short circuit test .Research the relationship between the failure reason and key features (case ,contact system ,arc extinguish chamber and operating mechanism) ,provide reference for model selection and product improvement of the electric energy meter Load switch controling of electricity .
