摘要： - 在事关国计民生的重要行业之中，电力工程可以算是其中之一。随着电力行业的迅猛发展，有关电力工程建设的竞争也愈演愈烈。如何增加企业电力工程建设的竞争力，是许多电力企业思考的一个重要问题。加强电力工程项目的前期管理是解决这一问题的一个主要途径。本文将对电力工程项目前期管理中存在的问题进行分析，并提出应对这些问题的对策。

Abstract： - In the important industry is beneficial to the people’s livelihood,electric power engineering is one of the.With the rapid development of power industry,the electric power project construction has in-tensified the competition. How to increase the power engineering construction enterprise competitiveness, is an important problem in many electric power enterprises thinking.Strengthen the management of electric power engineering project is a main way to solve this problem.This paper will analyze in early management of electric power engineering problems in the project, and puts forward the countermeasures to deal with these problems.
