Comparison of Wind Power Generator Models in PSS/E and PowerWorld

摘要:
单一的电力系统仿真软件无法满足含大规模风电并网系统的所有仿真需求,需根据需求选择恰当的仿真工具,因此对常用的 PSS/E和 PowerWorld 软件的风电机组模型进行对比.首先介绍了当前主流软件 PSS/E、PSLF、BPA程序、PowerWorld中风电机组模型的结构和功能,并针对 PSS/E和 PowerWorld,比较了发电机-换流器模块、有功功率控制模块、机械- 调速模块的工作机理.然后以国际大电网会议推荐的标准风电并网系统CIGRE B4-39网络为例,进行了基于 PSS/E与 PowerWorld 的风电并网仿真分析.仿真结果表明:PSS/E风电机组模型的锁相环在电压畸变的情况下能够快速锁定相位,抑制高次谐波;PowerWorld的风电机组模型在控制有功功率的过程中,能有效抑制风电场无功功率波动对有功出力的影响.最后,指出 PowerWorld、PSS/E 和BPA程序的适用场合.
Abstract:
Single power system simulation software can not meet requirements for all simulation of large-scale wind power grid-connected systems,it is necessary to choose proper simulation tools. Therefore,this paper compares common wind power generator models respectively simulated by PSS/E and Power World.It firstly introduces structures and functions of wind power generator models in current major software such as PSS/E,PSLF,BPA and PowerWorld,and for PSS/E and PowerWorld,it compares working mechanism of generator-converter module,active power control module and machinery-speed regulating module.Then it makes simulated analysis on wind power grid-connection based on PSS/E and PowerWorld by taking CIGRE B4-39 network recommended by GIGRE as an example.The results indicate the phase-locked loop of wind power generator model in PSS/E can rapidly lock the phase under the condition of voltage distortion and restrain higher har-monic,while in the process of controlling active power,the wind power generator model in PowerWorld can effectively re-strain influence of reactive power fluctuation of the wind farm on active power output.Finally,it points out appropriate oc-casions for PowerWorld,PSS/E and BPA.
