摘要:
惠蓄机组具有水头高,引水隧洞长的特点,其进水阀前引水隧洞排水面临高水头、高压力、高能量、大流量和时间长的考验。需要一组耐高压、消能良好、抗振性能好和过流能力强的排水系统。因此上游引水隧洞排水系统由第一道不锈钢球阀、第二道针形阀和第三道闸阀组成。在第一次进行上游水道排水的时候出现了针型阀因振动过大,水锤导致针型阀阀芯断裂,通过分析针型阀断裂的原因,将针型阀的传动机构加工成梯形结构,增加阀芯弹簧缓冲机构,取消阀芯翼板,调整安装方式的改造,以达到在往后的排空上游隧洞内的水时不会再出现阀芯断裂的现象,排水过程要平稳,保证了上游隧道排水的安全。
Abstract:
Huizhou pumped storage plant has characteristics with high water head and long water diversion tunnel.The drainage of pressure steel pipe before main inlet valve faces the challenges of high pressure, high energy, mass flow and long hours.Therefore, an upstream drainage system is needed having advantages of pressure capacity, good energy dissipation, anti-vibration and hydrau-lic characteristics.The upstream drainage system consists of the first stainless steel ball valve, the second high-pressure needle valve made of stainless steel and the third gate valve, which are used for emptying upstream diversion tunnel before the main valve. When draining the upstream tunnel for the first time the needle valve vibrates excessively which results in the valve core damaged by water hammer.Through the analysis of the fracture reason, some mechanical reconstruction are conducted; Remould drive mecha-nism of needle valve into trapezoidal structure, and add a spring buffer mechanism of the valve core, then cancel the wing plate of valve core, and change the installation method.After the reconstruction the same accident never appears again in the subsequent drainage, water flows smoothly in the drainage process, ensuring the safety of the upstream drainage tunnel.
