摘要:
利用详细化学反应机理,计算得到了正庚烷火焰附近一维的火焰结构;通过改变直管表面与空气之间的对流换热系数,得到了不同散热条件下燃烧器的工作特性,包括温度分布、火焰结构、主要产物的分布等.结果表明:正庚烷在进入预热区之前便已消耗;在反应过程中,固定当量比时,直管内的火焰温度保持不变,火焰位置与燃料流量(mf)之间呈现线性关系,火焰下游温度变化斜率与mf也呈线性关系;直管外表面对流换热系数的增加使得气体温度逐渐降低最终趋向熄灭.
Abstract:
The 1-D flame structure near n-Heptane flame was calculated according to the detailed chemical reaction mechanism and then it was obtained. The temperature distribution,flame structure and the main products distribution under various heat emission conditions were got by changing the convective heat transfer coefficient between straight tube surface and air. The calculating result shows that the n-hep-tane is almost completely consumed before it goes into the preheat zone;during the reaction process,the flame temperature in the straight tube remains unchanged when the equivalence ratio is stable;there was a linear relationship between the flame location and the fuel's mass flow rate (mf),and also between the temperature slope in the downstream of flame and mf;the increase of convective heat transfer coefficient on the outside surface of the straight tube makes the gas temperature in the tube gradually decreased and finally extinguished.
