摘要:
为了合理利用变压器负载损耗产生的热量,以13座500 kV变电站作为统计对象,统计了变电站的基础信息和主变压器的负载率等运行信息.根据主变压器平均负载率、平均油温、平均环境温度和平均温差等数据,对变压器油余热利用的可行性进行了分析,提出了一种变压器油余热回收利用技术,并分别在实验室和青冈220 kV变电站进行了模拟应用和工程实际应用.分析结果表明,变压器油温受到变压器负荷功率、环境温度和投入使用变压器散热器数量等因素影响,可以通过控制散热器开启数量来实现变压器油温的调节.用热泵将变压器油中低位热源转换为可用于变电站供暖的高位热源,满足了变电站冬季供暖需求,提高了能源利用热效率.工程实际应用结果验证了利用变压器余热的采暖系统较传统电加热采暖具有良好的经济效益和环保效益.
Abstract:
In this paper,thirteen 500kV transformer substations of State Grid Heilongjiang Province Power Company Limited are taken as the statistical object, and the basic information and load rate are count. The feasibility of waste-heat utilization in transformer oil has been analyzed,which is on the basis of average load rate,average oil temperature,average environment temperature and average temperature difference. And a recycle technology of waste-heat utilization in transformer oil is put forward. The recycle technology has been simulatedin laboratory andapplied in Qinggang 220kV transformer substation.The results indicate the oil temperature is controlled by the load rate,environment temperature and radiator quantity used in transformer. And the number of radiator which is turned on can adjust the temperature of transformer oil.Heat pump is used to convert the low - level heat source in transformer oil into high-heat source which can be used for substation heating.The transformer substation heatingis satisfied at cold region,and the energy utilization rate is effectively increased.The progress application of the waste heat utilizationin the transformer substation has great economic and environmentbenefit.
