摘要： - 电力通信网络作为电力系统的重要支撑网络,在电力生产经营中发挥着巨大的作用,本文针对绵阳电力网络的特点,提出了光纤智能保护建设方案,实现了光缆在线监测、告警自动上传、故障自动分析等功能,线路故障隐患能够第一时间被发现、缩短了障碍处理时间、同时也节约了人力物力和财力.光缆在线监测系统为绵阳电力网络的安全稳定运行提供了坚强的保障,为实现智能电网打下了坚实的基础.

Abstract： - As an important supporting network of power system, power communication network plays an important role in power production and operation. In view of the characteristics of Mianyang power network, this paper proposes a scheme of optical fiber intelligent protection, which realizes optical fiber cable online monitoring, automatic alarm upload, automatic fault analysis and other functions. Hidden faults in the circuit can be found for the first time, thus reducing the barrier handling time, and saving manpower, material and financial resources. Optical fiber online monitoring system provides a strong guarantee for the security and stability of Mianyang power network, and laid a solid foundation for the realization of smart power grid.
