Method for Locating Single Phase Earth Fault of 10 kV Feeder Under Small Current Grounding

摘要:
针对10 kV电网节点多、分支多、传统故障定位方法不方便、不准确的特点,提出一种新的小电流接地下10 kV馈线单相接地故障定位方法.分析了发生小电流接地下10 kV馈线单相接地故障时线模电流暂态分量特性与相电流暂态分量特性.采用FTU检测装置进行故障信息采集,构建出相应的网络描述矩阵.通过控制平台对其进行处理得到故障判定矩阵,给出单相接地故障区段判定依据.实验结果表明,所提方法不但简便,还具有较高的抗干扰性和定位精度,能够有效地对小电流接地下10 kV馈线单相接地故障进行定位,为电网的安全稳定运行提供了强有力的保障.
Abstract:
In view of the fact that the 10 kV network has many nodes and branches,and the traditional fault lo-cation method is inconvenient and inaccurate,a new method for locating the single phase to ground fault of the low current grounding 10 kV feeders is proposed. Analysis of the occurrence of small current ground 10 kV feeder line mode when the single-phase grounding fault current transient component characteristics of the phase current and transient component characteristics, using the FTU detection device for fault information collection, construct the corresponding network description matrix,the control platform was used for the treatment of the fault judgment ma-trix,gives the single-phase grounding fault section judgement on the basis of. The experimental results show that the proposed method is not only simple, but also has anti-jamming and high precision, can be effective for small current ground 10 kV feeder single phase to ground fault location,provides a strong guarantee for the safe and sta-ble operation of power grid.
