针对风能评估中外推轮毂高度处风速的问题,分析了高层风切变指数特性,建立了基于风向标准差法的风速外推模型.该模型首先剔除小于3 m/s的低风速数据及大于25 m/s的高风速数据,再利用风向标准差法对该地区风资源进行热稳定度分类,计算相应的风切变指数,并进行轮毂高度处风速推算.计算结果表明,相对于没有进行数据筛选的计算模型,推算精度提高了5.46%,加强了风能评估的准确性,对风电场的风资源评估具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract:
In this paper,for the problem of the wind speed at the hub height,the characteristics of the high-level wind shear coefficient are analyzed,and the wind speed extrapolation model based on the wind standard deviation method is established to extrapolate the wind speed at the hub height without sufficient temperature measurement data. The model first removes the low wind speed data less than 3 m/s and the high wind speed data greater than 25 m/s,then uses the wind standard deviation method to classify the thermal stability of the wind resources in the region, and calculates the corresponding wind shear index and extrapolates the wind speed at the hub height. The calculation results show that the model can better fit the actual wind speed and improve the accuracy of the wind energy assessment over 5.46%, compared with the calculation model which does not filter data and distinguish the thermal stability classification. This model improves the accuracy of wind energy assessment and has a certain guiding significance for wind resource assessment of wind farms.
