摘要:
为了提高火电机组的运行经济性,国内许多200MW级别机组都进行了汽封改造.然而,由于汽封改变了机组的内部流场,导致机组出现高负荷轴振突变故障;同时,由于空冷机组受背压影响这一特殊性,还出现轴振突变故障点不断偏移的问题,甚至导致机组不得不切换至单阀方式运行,严重影响了机组的安全高效运行.结合多台机组实际案例共性问题对故障进行机理分析,提出了一种顺序阀规律优化策略来解决该问题:既不影响机组在低负荷运行的经济性,又能避免机组在高负荷轴振突变点直接切换至单阀方式带来的节流损失问题.这对200MW级别机组轴振突变故障的解决处理具有一定的借鉴意义.
Abstract:
In order to improve the working economy of the thermal power unit,there were many 200MW unit had been change as seal of the country.However,due to the seal changed the internal flow field of the unit,the unit failure of shaft vibration break in high load.At the same time,since the special nature of the air cooling units affected by back pressure,the problem that axial break point constant offset of the vibration fault has appeared,even caused the unit have to switch to the way that worked on single valve,affected the safe and efficient of the unit seriously.The fault mechanism with the common problems of many units actual cases are analyzed,then a sequence valve optimization strategy to solve the problem is proposed:it not only can maintain the economy of the unit that working on low load,but could avoid the throttling loss problem that caused by switching to the single way valve directly,when the unit operated on axial vibration break point with high load.It’s also provided a certain reference significance for the processing of the same type unit failure of 200MW.
