摘要:
为改善及解决大型风电场接入电网后的局部电压稳定和无功裕度等问题,基于某风力发电场实际运行情况,建立了包含双馈风电机组(Double-Fed Induction Generator,DFIG)和静止无功补偿器(Static Var Compensator,SVC)的风电场无功功率协调模型,并提出了一种多目标且综合考虑两者之间协调配合的控制策略.该协调策略以风电场内各个节点的实时测量数据为基础,为满足算法的实时性要求,采用改进混沌蚁群算法求解包括风电场公共连接点(Point of Common Coupling,PCC)在内的各节点电压稳定度最好及总体无功裕度最大的多目标优化控制模型,改善PCC点母线在内的局部电网电压水平并且提高风电场内部无功裕度.以西北某风电场为例进行仿真,结果表明,无功电压协调控制策略能够较好地改善风电场的局部电压稳定性,且提高该区域的无功裕度.
Abstract:
In order to improve and solve the problems of local voltage stability,reactive power margin,etc.after integrating large-scale wind farm into power grid,the model for the reactive power coordination of wind farm equipped with the double-fed induction generator (DFIG) and the static VAR compensator (SVC) is established based on the actual operation condition of a wind farm,while a multi-object control strategy with the comprehensive consideration on the coordination between them is put forward as well.On the basis of the measured data of all the nodes within the wind farm,the multi-object optimal control model for the best voltage stabilities of all the nodes including the points of the common coupling (PCC) of the wind farm and the largest overall reactive power margin is derived with the improved chaos ant colony algorithm by the coordination strategy,so as to meet the real-time requirement of the algorithm,and thus improve the voltage level of the local power grid including the PCC busbar and increase the reactive power margin within the wind farm.The result of the simulation made by taking a wind farm in the Northwest China as the actual case shows that the reactive voltage coordination control strategy can better improve the local voltage stability of the wind farm,and then increase the reactive power margin in that region.
