摘要:
有功备用是维持电力系统稳定运行的重要手段,合理安排备用是当前电网运行的重要目标.基于考虑风险和紧急功率控制约束的方法,提出了一种考虑电力系统风险的兼顾经济性与可靠性的备用模型.除了优化模型中的系统备用要求外,又加入了紧急直流功率支援和通过风险反映得应急备用要求等约束.最后,使用该模型在某实际电力系统中进行仿真计算,得到新的备用安排,结果满足系统的负荷需求和备用需求,验证了模型的正确性.
Abstract:
Active power reserve is an important means to maintain the stable operation of power system, and the reasonable allocation of the reserve is an important objective of power grid operation at present. The paper takes the risk and emergency power control constraints into consideration, and proposes an alternate model considering both the economic and reliability of power system risk. Apart from the wide reserve requirements for the system in the previous optimization model, constraints include emergency DC power support and contingency reserve requirements reflecting by risk. Finally, the model is simulated in an actual power system and the new reserve allocation is calculated. The results satisfy the load and reserve demand of the system, and verifies the correctness of the model.
