摘要:
配电网单相接地行波故障定位需要准确标定故障初始行波到达测量点的时刻,希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)具有定时精度高,处理非平稳信号能力强的特点,逐渐应用于配电网故障定位.但其所采用的经验模态分解方法受信号噪声影响较大,可能出现标定时间不准的问题.提出一种基于极值点识别和线性插值的滤波算法,有效解决了HHT标定受扰行波波头到达时间不准的问题.PSCAD仿真结果验证了算法的有效性.
Abstract:
Traveling wave based single phase to ground fault locating in distribution networks requires to determine the accurate arriving time of the initial traveling wave at measurement points. Hilbert-Huang transform has the characteristics of high timing precision and strong ability to deal with non-stationary signals,which are gradually applied to the fault location in the distribution networks. However,empirical mode decomposition used in HHT is significantly affected by signal noises,leading to a problem of inaccurate timing. This paper proposes a filtering algorithm based on extreme point identification and linear interpolation,effectively solving the problem of identifying an inaccurate arriving time of the wavefront of the noised travelling wave.PSCAD simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
