摘要:
西藏某含银氧化铅矿石含铅5.01%,含银53.11 g/t,铅的氧化率为41.72%.为开发利用该矿石,进行了系统的选矿工艺研究.结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.075 mm占60%时,以水玻璃为分散剂、抑制剂,Na2S为硫化剂,丁黄药为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂,经1粗3精2扫闭路浮选,获得的铅精矿产率为7.35%,含铅62.87%,铅回收率为92.23%,铅精矿含银658.14 g/t,银回收率达到89.66%.硫化铅与氧化铅混合硫化浮选提高了铅矿物整体的可浮性,实现了铅与银在较粗磨矿细度条件下的浮选回收,能够降低磨矿成本,而且可以满足现场尾矿回填对粒度的要求.
Abstract:
There is 5.01% lead and 53.11 g/t silver in a silver bearing lead oxide ore,lead oxidation rate is 41.72%. Beneficiation process research was conducted to develop and utilize the ore. Results indicated that:at the grinding fineness of 60% passing 0.075 mm,using sodium silicate as dispersant,Na2S as vulcanizing agent,butyl xanthate as collector,2#oil as foaming agent,via one roughing three cleaning two scavenging closed circuit flotation,lead concentrate with yield rate of 7.35%,lead grade of 62.87% and lead recovery of 92.23%,silver content of 658.14 g/t,silver recovery of 89.66%. Lead sulfide and lead oxide mixed and then sulfide flotation improve the whole flotability of lead mineral,lead and silver was recov-ered at coarser grinding fineness,which can reduce grinding cost,and can meet the requirements of granularity in tailings back-filling.
