摘要:
云南某蚀变玄武岩型钼矿石是新发现的钼矿石类型,为给该类矿石的开发利用提供依据,进行了工艺矿物学研究.结果表明:①矿石有价元素为Mo,杂质成分主要为SiO2,矿石钼品位为0.105%;矿石中有用矿物为辉钼矿,钼在辉钼矿中的分布率为91.74%,属品位偏低的蚀变玄武岩型硫化钼矿石;钼华和钼酸铝中的钼分布率达7.34%;矿石黄铜矿含量较低,无回收利用价值,但对精矿钼品位有影响;石膏、滑石含量偏高,不利于钼的选矿回收.②矿石的结构主要有片状—显微鳞片状结构、自形—半自形粒状结构、他形结构和包含结构;矿石的构造主要有稀疏浸染状构造和细脉状构造.③辉钼矿主要呈自形、半自形片状、稀疏浸染状、细脉状产出,平均粒度约50 μm,10~70 μm粒级占51.3%,小于10 μm粒级占12.4%,即以微细粒、细粒为主,细小的鳞片状辉钼矿与脉石矿物分离困难,需要细磨才能单体解离,但细磨易造成泥化,且矿石中绿泥石、石膏、滑石等含量较高,将给矿石的分选带来一定困难.
Abstract:
The altered basalt type molybdenum ore from Yunnan Province is newly discovered molybdenum ore type.To provide basis for the development and utilization of this kind of ore,process mineralogy study was carried out.Results show that:①valuable element is Mo,impurity elements mainly for SiO2,molybdenum grade is 0.105%,main useful mineral is mo-lybdenite,molybdenite distribution rate in molybdenum ore is 91.74%,belong to low grade of altered basalt type sulphur mo-lybdenum ore;molybdite and aluminium molybdate total distribution rate of molybdenum was 7.34%.Chalcopyrite content is low,has no recycling value,but have worse effect on molybdenum concentrate grade;Gypsum,talc content is high,which is un-favorable for molybdenum ore dressing recovery.②The structure of the ore are mainly flake-microscopic flaky structure,euhe-dral-half automorphic granular structure,euhedral shape structure and poikilitic structure.The contruction of the ore are mainly sparse disseminated contruction and fine vein contruction. ③molybdenite show in euhedral-half automorphic shape,sparsely disseminated,fine vein output,the average particle size is about 50 μm,10~70 μm fraction account for 51.3%,less than 10 μm fraction yield 12.4%,which is mainly in fine,micro fine grained,tiny scales molybdenite is hard to be separated from gangue minerals,need to fine grinding to monomer dissociation,while fine grinding is easy to produce mud,gypsum,talc content is higher,which will bring certain difficulty to ore separation.
