摘要:
随着南芬露天矿开采逐步向深部推进,北山采区矿石出矿比例逐年增加,仍采用原单一磁选工艺流程,难以满足精矿质量和产量的要求,因此,在对北山采区矿石性质分析的基础上进行了选矿工艺流程改造.结果表明:北山采区矿石铁矿物结晶粒度细,属难磨难选铁矿石;将原两段磨选、细筛自循环工艺改造为三段磨选,即原流程中细筛筛上产品及经浓缩磁选后的磁选柱尾矿直接给入第三段磨选流程进行再磨再选,解决了2段磨矿负荷大的难题,使矿石铁矿物单体解离度提高,从而更易选分,相对原流程提高了磨机能力和精矿指标,且每年可为选厂多创利润1345.6万元,经济效益显著.
Abstract:
With Nafen open-pit mine mining gradually to the deep,Beishan Mining Area drawing ratio increased year by year,while still running via original single magnetic separation process,it is difficult to meet the requirements of the concentrate quality and yield,therefore,on the basis of analysis of Beishan Mining Area properties,ore dressing process modification was conducted. The results show that the Beishan Mining Area iron ore crystalline grain is fine,belongs to refractory iron ore;the original two grinding process transform to three grinding process,that is oversize products of fine sieve and magnetic column tailings mixed and enduing third stage grinding and separation process. Problem of large capacity for two grinding was solved, iron ore liberation degree was increased and easy to be separated,milling capacity and concentrate index was increased to origi-nal process,and can create more profits by 13.456 million ¥ a year,the economic benefit is remarkable.
