摘要:
针对西北某铁矿矿物组成、嵌布关系复杂及嵌布粒度较细的特点,进行了选矿试验研究.试验结果表明:原矿在焙烧温度700℃、焙烧时间50 min条件下,进行中性焙烧后,再经磨矿-弱磁选-弱磁选尾矿强磁选流程处理后,可获得铁品位为66 85%、回收率为45 67%的弱磁选精矿和铁品位为62 80%、回收率为38 98%的强磁选精矿,综合精矿铁品位为64 92%、回收率为84 65%.
Abstract:
In view of the characteristics of a iron ore from northwest area such as complication of mineral composition and dissemination relationship as well as fine dissemination size,the beneficiation test and research were conducted The test results showed:after the crude ore being neutrally roasted for 50 min at 700 ℃,the roasted ore was ~eated with the beneficiation process involving grinding,low-intensity magnetic separation,high-intensity magnetic separation of railings from the low-intensity magnetic separation in sequence,and then the concentrate from low-intensity magnetic separation with Fe grade of 66.85% and recovery of 45.67% as well as the concentrate from high-intensity magnetic separation with Fe grade of 62.80% and recovery of 38.98% were obtained.The integrated concentrate was characterized by Fe grade of 64.92% and recovery of 84.65%.
