APPLICATION OF PROCESS MINERALOGY IN INSPECTION OF IMPORTED MINERAL PRODUCTS

摘要： - 随着近年来矿产品出现量增质减的趋势,快速、准确地检验矿产品质量逐渐受到重视,而鉴别能力不足则是目前面临的最大问题之一.工艺矿物学的研究方法和技术在进口矿产品检测中具有天独厚的优势,因此它可不但进行化学成分分析,而且可以对矿物(物相)的化学成分、相对含量、相互关系、粒度以及解离度进行测量,更能对比矿石矿物和选冶产品的性质,查明产品的来源和生产过程.所以,工艺矿物学研究方法不但可以相对快速地完成检测工作,而且随着自动化检测技术的研发,在该领域的应用前景将更加广阔.

Abstract： - As the quality of imported mineral products decreases,the speed and accuracy of the inspection are being taken more and more seriously.However,it is a big problem that there is a lack of identification capability in this area.Due to the advantages of process mineralogy in this area,it can not only undertake chemical composition analysis,but also obtain the mineral or phase composition and content,the dissemination characteristic,the size of grains,the degree of dissociation data,et al.Based on the information above and mineral and metallurgy knowledge,the source and production process of the imported productions can be inferred.Therefore,process mineralogy is good for increasing the speed of inspection work,and with automated testing technology developing,the application of it in inspection field will be even broader.
