摘要:
爆破落矿是矿山生产的主要工艺,矿山采矿作业过程中,爆破对周围岩石产生大量微裂隙,进一步降低了爆破后岩石的物理性能.斗南锰矿采场顶板的垮落对矿山生产环境安全性造成了严重的影响.为减少爆破对采场顶板和矿柱的破坏,确定采场爆破工艺与参数,采取爆破震动监测、计算机模拟等技术手段,得出采区采场生产爆破最佳参数,采取孔底空气间隔爆破技术,明显地减少了对顶板的爆生裂隙,达到了研究目的.
Abstract:
Mine blasting is the main process of mine production. In mine mining process,blasting on the surrounding rock will produce a large number of micro cracks to further reduce the physical properties of rock blasting,which is the basic reason of roof rock collapse to mine out the area. Dounan manganese mine stope roof will be of caving serious impact on the environment of mine safety. In order to reduce the blasting of stope roof and pillar stope blasting damage,we have determine the process and parameters to take the blasting vibration monitoring and computer simulation technology. We have also got the mining stope production in optimal blasting parameters to adopt the hole bottom air in interval blasting technology. It significantly reduces on the top plate of detonation cracks to achieve the goal of studying.
