摘要： - 提出了一种使用石灰作为渣料,使用铁矾土作为助熔剂,并且辅以碳化硅、电石和硅钙粉造LF精炼渣的方法.实践结果表明:添加适宜量的铁矾土,能有效的调整LF精炼渣成分,降低炉渣熔点促进化渣;用铁矾土代替萤石造精炼渣能显著改善操作条件,提高钢包耐材寿命,降低炼钢成本,同时降低对环境的污染.

Abstract： - A method of making LF refining slag has been proposed. Lime is used as a material of slag. Bauxite is considered as flux. Silicon carbide,calcium carbide and calcium silicon are used also to make the slag more better. The results of practice showed that:adding appropriate amount of bauxite can effectively adjust the LF refining slag composition,and reduce the melting point of slag. Making refining slag by bauxite instead of fluorite can significantly improve the operating conditions,improve the life of the ladle refractory material,reduce the cost of steelmaking and the pollution of environment at the same time.
